Do you store & sell my email or credit card information?
Yes, we can store it, but only with your permission. At checkout there is a box to let us store your info to increase the speed of your next checkout. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
Why are the sampler packs split up into half and half, or only one flavor. For the 4 pack, can I order three original, and one hot?
Great question! Since there are only three of us working, and we do everything ourselves splitting orders up this granular gets tricky! We are always willing to work with customers, so if you have a question on this please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping & Returns
What is your return policy?
We hope this doesn't happen, but we know it will. If you ordered something incorrectly or by accident send an email to email@example.com. Hopefully you can get to us before we ship and we can fix what went wrong! If the jerky happens to go out, then you'll only be charged a small shipping fee.
What is your refund policy?
Don't like our jerky? No problem. Let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and hopefully you can give us some constructive criticism that we can use in the future!
Where are you guys shipping from?
We will be shipping from Boston, MA. Even if you are in California we can get you our jerky in 3-5 business days!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently we only offer USPS Priority Mail, and next day shipping. Need your jerky in two days? Shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will see how e can help.
How can you guys offer such low shipping?
We understand that buying an $8 bag of jerky and paying $7 in shipping sucks. We were okay with covering some shipping costs for our customers to get it into more peoples hands!
